Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery Commission: In 2009, Kapsner was commissioned to paint five 8 X 10 foot oil paintings, each depicting a branch of the United States Military. The Army painting was installed in 2011,  the Navy painting installed in 2014, the Coast Guard in February 2016 at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery Committal Hall in Little Falls, MN.  Kapsner spends considerable time presenting lectures and traveling related to this unique commission. www.vetsart.org
